staff are bound by a common commitment to maintain complete independence as an Approved Testing Facility. To that end, the following policies have been continuously practiced and upheld since the inception of the business:

Gaming Laboratories Australia officers, directors and employees, in order to maintain the confidentiality of its relationships with Regulators, Operators and Gaming Equipment Manufacturers may not make public statements concerning work performed in the test laboratories. In keeping with this policy all officers, directors and employees are required to agree to binding confidentiality clauses in their contract of service.

Gaming Laboratories Australia may not be retained by any gaming machine manufacturer, distributor, designer or other entity to engage in consulting work in the area of slot machine design or manufacturer or any other tangential area.

Gaming Laboratories Australia, its employees, officers and directors, shall not engage in any business which manufacturers, designs, distributes or sells gaming machines, electronic gaming equipment, or computerised systems associated with the gaming industry or any other associated equipment utilised in the conduct of gaming.

Gaming Laboratories Australia believes that it is essential that all employees conduct their day-to-day relationships with those whom we do business in keeping with the highest standards of business ethics. In keeping with this policy, no officers, directors, employees may accept gifts or gratuities from the vendors or other persons with whom we do business. Token gifts and remembrance advertising may be accepted upon notification and approval of officers.

Gaming Laboratories Australia employees may not hold outside employment or outside ownership in business entities that are not disclosed and approved in advance. Approval will be subject to the highest conflict of interest standard.

Gaming Laboratories Australia employees and immediate families may not own any equity or debt position in any gaming related company. Gaming Laboratories Australia does not allow for the use of trusts in an effort to circumvent this rule. Each year, employees are required to fill out background forms relating to asset ownership.

Gaming Laboratories Australia officers, directors and employees are subject to background investigation at any time, without notice, by the company or any client of the company. A negative result in a background investigation will result in immediate suspension pending resolution.

Gaming Laboratories Australia will continue to maintain a drug free work place as required by our policy and procedures manual. Violation of this rule results in immediate suspension and termination.

Gaming Laboratories Australia will not discriminate in any unlawful manner with respect to a potential applicant's race, colour, national origin, ancestry, sex, religion, age, physical handicap, and veteran status.Gaming Laboratories Australia conforms to all Federal requirements as well as the requirements for each State and its respective localities for which we are registered to do business.

Gaming Laboratories Australia's policy is to not discriminate against any employee on the basis of sex or sexual orientation. It is further the policy of Gaming Laboratories Australia not to tolerate sexual harassment by any of its employees.

Gaming Laboratories Australia will take all necessary steps to keep all submitted information confidential. We will vigorously fight all subpoenas from non-law enforcement sources that threaten the integrity of the information in which we possess.
